The work undertaken by Tax Efficient Solutions is multi-dimensional. We deal with individual investors and their advisers on a daily basis, both existing and potential new cases. We also deal with the companies and corporate parties for whom we are raising funds.

Advisers are our principal customer and we work closely with them on a daily basis. They often need help with how to apply the tax rules to the maximum advantage of their clients. We are able to provide guidance on tax issues, or if need be, refer them to colleagues within the tax advisory side of Smith & Williamson.

Individual investors usually become our clients following introduction by their financial adviser. We provide a full administration and investor relations service and are available to answer a client’s queries.

For companies, we are happy to suggest the best way of going about raising funds and if appropriate, referring a company to the appropriate team within Smith & Williamson.
