Leighton & Henley plc

Leighton & Henley plc was launched in 2006 as a new homes property builder to take advantage of attractive development sites in London and the Home Counties with a view to long term capital growth and qualifying at the same time for IHT under the business property relief rules for unquoted companies. 

The Company completed and largely sold down six projects and currently has a further three live projects, two of which are in London.
